Why convert invoice PDFs?

Suppliers send invoices as PDFs, but your bookkeeping lives in spreadsheets and accounting software that want structured rows. Re-typing each line item, quantity and amount is slow and error-prone — and a single transposed digit can misstate a total.

When you process dozens of invoices a month, the line-item tables vary in layout from one supplier to the next, so a generic copy-paste rarely lines the columns up correctly.

TablePix reconstructs the invoice table — invoice number, line item, quantity, unit price and amount — into separate columns, so you can sum the amount column, check it against the invoice total, and import straight into your ledger.
