TablePix

Extract PDF Tables to Excel

Upload a text-based or table-structured PDF. TablePix reconstructs the table locally, highlights cells it's unsure about, and exports clean .xlsx / .csv. Scanned files are detected locally and no upload is sent.

How it works

  1. Detect the PDF type (text / table / scanned).
  2. Cluster text coordinates into rows and columns per page.
  3. Review highlighted low-confidence cells, then export.

How do I check if my PDF has a text layer?

Open the PDF and try to select text with your cursor. If you can highlight individual words, it has a text layer and TablePix can read it. If selection grabs the whole page as an image, it's a scanned PDF — OCR support is coming.
