Convert Bank Statement PDF to Excel
Turn monthly bank statement PDFs into a tidy spreadsheet — every transaction on its own row, debit and credit in their own columns.

Most banks let you download statements as PDF but not as CSV. When you need to reconcile cash flow, categorise spending, or hand figures to your accountant, that PDF becomes a wall of text you have to re-key line by line.
A single month can run to dozens of transactions across several pages, and one mistyped balance throws off the whole reconciliation. Copy-pasting from a PDF usually collapses the columns — dates, descriptions and amounts all run together into one cell.
TablePix reads the statement’s text layer locally, rebuilds the row-and-column grid, and keeps debits, credits and the running balance in separate, correctly-aligned columns so the numbers add up the moment you open the file.
